About this route
Split → Dubrovnik
The Split to Dubrovnik transfer by private speedboat is the most dramatic route in our fleet. Over four and a half hours, the boat covers the full length of the central Dalmatian coast — passing Hvar, skirting the Pelješac peninsula, crossing the open water south of Korčula — before the walls of Dubrovnik’s old town come into view above the sea.
We depart from Split’s Riva waterfront in the morning and arrive at Dubrovnik’s Old Harbour, a historic port directly below the city’s medieval walls. The arrival alone — approaching by sea, with Lovrijenac fortress rising from the rocks to the left — is one of the great entrances to any city on the Mediterranean.
The route is frequently used by guests completing a Dalmatian itinerary: a week starting in Split, moving through the islands, and finishing in Dubrovnik. Optional stops at Hvar Town, Korčula, or Mljet National Park can be arranged for those who want to break the journey. Every transfer is fully private — the boat is reserved for your group, departs when you’re ready, and takes the route you choose.
